Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of MNL, the website at mnl.inkraf.com operated by Inkraf ("MNL", "we", "us"). By connecting your TikTok account or using the uploader, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use MNL.

2. The service

MNL lets you sign in with your TikTok account and upload video files from your browser to that account as drafts, using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Uploaded videos appear in your TikTok inbox, where you edit and post them yourself. MNL does not publish content to your profile.

3. Eligibility and your TikTok account

You must be old enough and otherwise allowed to use TikTok, and you must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You're responsible for activity carried out through MNL with your connected account. Only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You give MNL a limited permission to transmit each video to TikTok on your behalf, only for as long as it takes to complete the upload.
• You confirm that you own or have all the rights needed for each video, including the music, recordings, images and people in it, and that uploading it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
• You won't upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent or otherwise against TikTok's Community Guidelines.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use MNL to send spam, or to get around TikTok's upload limits or safety measures;
• interfere with, overload, probe or attack MNL or TikTok's systems;
• use MNL with accounts you're not authorised to use;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer MNL, or use it to build a competing service.

6. TikTok

MNL is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok controls how uploaded videos are processed, whether they're accepted, and the limits that apply (for example, a maximum number of pending drafts per day). TikTok may change or restrict its API at any time, which may affect MNL.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep MNL running reliably, but we don't guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of MNL at any time.

8. Disclaimer

MNL is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MNL and Inkraf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, revenue or followers, arising from your use of MNL or from TikTok's handling of your content.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using MNL at any time by signing out, which also revokes MNL's access to your TikTok account. We may suspend or block access to MNL if you break these Terms or if required by law or by TikTok.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws where you live say otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we update these Terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MNL after an update means you accept the new Terms.
